Wild West Gambit

A project I made for class. It is a top-down 2D shooter set in the wild west about a gambling man who comes into a town taken over by bandits. It is up to him to defeat them and free the town.

Progress through the game, collecting playing cards and upgrading your weapon! The better the poker hand you hold,  the better your weapon.

This was a class project created in one semester, so it is just a small display game design and mechanics.
